Immaculately clean and hip new hotel. I greatly enjoyed the reasonably large and exceptionally nice rooms. - the staff was helpful. - the setting was reasonably priced and good. - the hotel is very close to the restaurant, AL AHSA, and main attractions.

The room itself was well-equipped and reasonably large and the hotel was impeccably clean. Amiable and helpful staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Location: the venue was near the restaurant, main attractions and AL AHSA. It also was in the middle of jackson. Everything was simply good.

The hotel's location was right by main attractions and restaurants. The room I booked had a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, climate control, and an individual safe. The venue had a particularly good location in the middle of Al-Ahsa.

Spent a lovely Christmas holiday in a hotel with a great location, spacious and luxurious designs, and fully equipped bathrooms. The staff were polite and always willing to help, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and fast. the restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to my dietary needs and serve me a delicious dairy-free breakfast on their own initiative.

Sadly, the price was unattractive and did not reflect the level of service provided. the room was too cold, and the air conditioning set too low to adjust.

The hotel is located in a great spot, with good prices and luxury standard. The new furniture is clean and big. However, the bathroom seems not to work properly and the hot water works for a short time. One of the biggest advantages is the friendly and helpful staff that provided a safe dairy-free breakfast.

The check-in process is quite chaotic and staff attitude is awful.
